After a very traumatic birth experience and a traumatic medical event with my daughter, motherhood was really taking a toll on me. I was internalizing a lot of my feelings and refused to speak to someone because of my previous experience with counseling . I came across Próspera and gave it a shot. I am so happy I did. I’ve been working with Nicole and she has really helped me to open up and work through my emotions. She has created a safe space for me to express myself and navigate all those feelings that have been hiding deep within me. I highly suggest Próspera to any moms that might be going through the same.
