Loved working with Prospera and specifically Emma! Although I had 25 min sessions, she was super patient with me and did a wonderful job getting me the push and help I needed to work through postpartum and all the emotions it came with. I’ve been to therapy before but it was nothing like the experience I had with Emma! I also truly enjoyed the “homework” part of Prospera because it kept me accountable and helped me maintain everything we worked on after each session
