I found Prospera after feeling like I was really losing it 7 months postpartum with my second baby. I had a lot of anxiety and some identity crisis happening. My coach has been very patient, kind, empowering. She not only listens intently but has great feedback and asks good questions. She makes me self reflect in a positive way and seems to genuinely care about the work she does to help postpartum moms. I still have a lot of work to do, but I have seen a very positive impact on my daily life after starting with Prospera and happy to continue to work with their tools and coaches.
