An amazing service for moms of all backgrounds. I was matched with the perfect coach after my first phone call, and it really delivers on what it promises. My coach understands and has personal experience of the specific issues I’m dealing with. The program offers flexible scheduling even from a different time zone, and a mom centered, non judgmental approach with practical tools that have bettered my relationship with my 9 month old and the rest of my family in just weeks. I went from desperate and really depressed to optimistic and eager for daily emotional regulation practice, and my weekly sessions are the highlight of my week and my first step towards better self care, for better mom-ing! After many different attempts at in person therapy being told by childfree people I needed to « be more self compassionate » in very vague terms, this feels like a huge improvement and definitely what I would recommend to any parent struggling with the emotional havoc of parenting. I feel seen and heard and it’s the first step toward the trust needed to work on any issues.
