I honestly don’t know what I would do without Prospera. I have a 1yo and a 2yo and started really struggling with postpartum rage and anxiety. The last straw was being riddled with anxiety for two weeks straight when we took our trailer out for (what was supposed to be) a magical camping trip along the CA coast. I had been looking forward to the trip for SO long and felt like my anxiety prevented me from enjoying most of it. It interfered with my whole family’s experience and I knew I had to get to the bottom of things. Ever since my free initial intake call with Prospera, I’ve had SUCH an amazing experience. Emily was so sweet and helpful and matched me with a coach who can actually relate to me (mama to multiples who are close in age). My coach Hannah has been an absolute gift. She has helped me through so much more than postpartum. We have talked a lot about my childhood but it just comes up naturally like I’m talking to a friend. I have stopped drinking to get through the witching hours, discovered tools to help calm myself down when I’m about to snap on my kids, learned a lot about my emotional maturity and how to set better boundaries, and I just genuinely feel like a happier person. Having someone to talk to who is neutral, non-judgmental, supportive and understanding has saved my brain (and also my husband's brain 🤣). Even though Prospera is not covered by insurance, it is a one of a kind type of therapy. It is SO ridiculously tailored to motherhood and navigating the huge shift that brings. I did a session a week for the first month and then switched to every other week and it has been perfect. Cut back on Amazon spending to get my mental health in order!? Doable AND worth it! I always look forward to my calls with Hannah and anyone who doesn’t have a Prospera coach in their life is definitely missing out! I am a proud therapy girly now!!
