My experience with Prospera has been very encouraging in my motherhood journey! The tasks and tools they give you is such a great approach for those of us that have ppd/PPA and the accountability that comes with having to complete tasks. The flexibility of the sessions is great for busy moms and the coaches are so supportive and empowering! They truly make you feel that even in the depths of motherhood you can succeed and get out of the trenches. I would recommend Prospera to any moms or dads out there who are a little lost in the parenting chapter of life.
