I chose the shortest visit time and meet once a week with my coach. I am caring for two 6 month olds so it was the only amount of time I could devote to this and my coach has been flexible and helped me to be successful. I appreciate structure and guidance right now while life is so crazy and each week she gives me things to work on which forces myself to work on me time.
