Prospera MHW, specifically Jessica, has truly changed my life and ultimately helped me keep my family together. My postpartum depression/anxiety/rage did not hit me until I was 6 months postpartum, and I hit rock bottom. Myself, my husband and my son were all impacted. I have worked with other therapists (in the past and postpartum) and Prospera/Jessica is unlike anyone else I have worked with. It is extremely rare to find a therapist who just simply ‘GETS IT’ because there truly is nothing like navigating motherhood and postpartum.
