I sought out coaching to work through a traumatic birth experience. Becky, my coach, helped me walk through the process of layering in new elements to view my experience. I am completely satisfied with how I've processed and worked through the events, my emotions, grief/loss, and silver linings with her support along the way. Each session was helpful and I learned something new about the trauma response. I feel like I'm closing a chapter of my life (of pregnancy and postpartum) with a clearer perspective. 100% recommend
