Propsera has been wonderful and so easy to use. The intake was handled with such care; I felt like I was actually listened to. The coach I was recommended has become my new favorite therapist. She has been wonderful, kept it real, kept it relatable, has helped me identify harmful patterns of thinking and also identify some root feelings. After I am finished with a session, I don't feel heavy or burdensome but I actually feel lighter. I am very thankful for Prospera. One of the best decisions I have made since getting the epidural.
