I HAVE HAD TWO IDENTICAL ITEMS BUT DIFFERENT SIZES BOTH OF WHICH DID NOT FIT AND MEASURED THE SAME SIZE.
ITEMS WERE RETURNED WITHIN THE SPECIFIED TIME BY RECORDED DELIVERY BUT I'VE HAD NO REFUND OR EVEN AN ACKNOWLEDGEMENT. STILL COMPLAINING AND WAITING....
