Service from 'Proviation Pilot Shop' was superb from start to end. I needed a radio for my son for Christmas but not knowing anything about the things I used the online chat and spoke to Alex who was super helpful and got me on the right tracks even suggesting one which was below my budget. This is the one I went for and it was dispatched immediately and came the next day. I found this service level to be way above what you normally encounter and the human touch was really the icing on the cake.
