Took me 2 mnths to get my car repaired Receptionist was incompetent. She teferred me to wrong people who were also incompetent. Luckily i had insurance co of person who hit me and owned it, as i was able to sort it out with them, then call back P and luckily got a staff member who said well done and finally my panel and paint company was paid and my car repaired …2 mnths later??? Luckily i am a proactive person or i cud still be waiting. I was also told the other persons Ins Co was saying i was at fault.?? Take recordings at scene as well as photos which i luckily had. After this I changed to Cove who are excellent.
