I would have given you 5 stars but the call out woman was the most ignorant woman I've ever met in my life. She even told me to shut up in my own home and made me feel like a bum the way she treated me and I'd prefer not to deal with her again .and was making me feel like she was giving me the loan out of her money.her name is Annette. If you have any other reps around to call for payments I'd prefer to deal with them instead of her. But for the loan from provident I really appreciate it and will look forward to dealing with provident again when my loan is clear thank you.
