Felt let down by the complaint department and by the delay it takes the company to respond to my emails or the Financial Ombudsman Service especially as they had to 27th August 2019 to do so. There seem to be communication issues between the different departments as well. Very poor at dealing with complaints when it requires them to pay some money back.
