waited 3 days for collcetion no information no update chased them every day and got response they will collect day after no one collected chased again finally someone turned up on the 3rd day this week waiting 3rd day no one turned up woman in the office can't even get collection date right cant check collection was Wednesday on Thursday done request to collect again no one turned up its end of Friday and still had no collection. Terrible service no communication no updates Emails responses are just patronizing so rude zero customer care our company will no longer use them in any of our 5 European destinations
