bad experiance. My parcel was going almost month not 3-5 days like should and after month from delivered they wants more money without proof from DPD, without nothing why I need pay more???Just because contract said 90 days from delivered parcel, compny can complain to you. I asked about proof, recipt from DPD or protocol something was wrong with my parcel - they can't give me nothing, just I need pay and that's it. Of course I not will pay more if I havent proof why for what and who do protocol about my parcel was wrong. People be carefull. They not talke any responsibility for nothing just took money more and more
