Same thing here bad experience like you say once they have your money the personal circumstances mean nothing to them . They don’t keep up to date files and ask you for the information they should have . I’ve had emails and letters ignored now and they have taken over 1,200 pounds of my money yet not supplied the course or contacted me that’s theft . They witheld my course from me as I wouldn’t set up a direct debit for some money I owed and threatened me with interest saying I’m lucky I’m not being charged interested even though my son was ill and I was caring for him at home and in a bad place they were very abrupt and uncaring . Even when I was making regular payments they didn’t supply my course and I’ve had to chase them they have gave a wrong amount of what I owe snd still witheld the course while ignoring my complaint that I asked for them to hand over to management.
