Unfortunately it’s all about the money. I had to put my course on hold as I had to prioritise caring for both of my sick parents until they both died recently in October and then 12 weeks later in January. An extension could only be granted with paying more money. I decided to let it go as really my whole experience with dealing with the PTAcademy has been disappointing. Constant changes and a lack of communication nothing personal at Personal Training Academy at all. In my experience I feel they don’t really care whether you commence your course or need help or contact you. Once they have your money, that’s it. Don’t expect anything personal only generic comms and that’s it.
