STAY AWAY GUYS! So disappointed with their service- not only is the communication terrible, once they have your money you're pretty much on your own... they made a mistake with my account, I had being paying money which was leaving account every month... they falsely accused me of not paying and got debt collectors after me.I had threatening emails and letters for something I hadn't done... not cool!I have never experience so much stress in my life. I obviously have asked for compensation for their mistakes which they admitted they were responsible for.. but now I'm obviously asking for compensation / refund.. they have vanished. They will not get back to me via the email they advised I contact for help and are ignoring all my emails. I'm writing this to try and prevent anyone else going through this awful and very stressful experience! This case is still yet to be resolved.. major alarm bells.
