I will no longer shop from public desire. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and faulty shoes. I ordered 2 shoes again and one of them was faulty. They have manipulated the site where you can’t make returns. I’ve been emailing someone for 2 day’s. They made me take a picture of the faulty shoe then offered me 20% off to KEEP THE MESSED UP shoe. Really!! When I stated I needed a refund haven’t heard back. Worst service ever. I will NEVER SHOP PUBLIC DESIRE again and I will tell everyone I know. This is beyond ridiculous. I shouldn’t have to go through all this for a messed up shoe and be wasting my day talking to people who don’t even cere
