Bought a stainless steel wall unit priced over £300 on the 7th of December 2019 and I still have not received it!! No tracking number !! After numerous times trying to contact this company I get one reply from a chap called Rob saying he will get back to me and never did. 2 weeks later and several emails later a person called Gina, lying through her teeth says my order will reach me by January the 14th 2020. It is now nearly two weeks later from that point and they are completely ignoring me ?? This is a company with no phone number and should you choose to email an automated reply saying they'll get back to you in 3 days ? I'll see if my bank have to say anything about this dishonest thiefing company/staff. See if you reply to this review pubshop, I've added my order number. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY !
