Ordering was very easy, delivery was within a decent timescale. A couple of the items were damaged on arrival, contacted the company with a list of what was damaged, had to send them pictures of the damaged items which is fair enough to be honest and a refund was issued the same day. Only criticism i do have is regarding the delivery company rather than Pukator. The day my delivery was due to be delivered i was not going to be in so i filled in the leave with a neighbor section requesting they leave the parcel 5 doors down, my friend stayed in the whole time slot they had given me waiting for the parcel to arrive. I receive an text/email off the delivery company saying that they had delivered to my next door neighbor, no explanation why they delivered to a different address than the one requested. The reason i didn't want it going to my next door neighbor was that they are both elderly and one is quite ill so i didn't want them being disturbed with my parcel when my friend 5 doors down said she would wait for it, so all in all the delivery driver/company wasted my friends time and disturbed my ill neighbor, they shouldn't have you request an alternative address if their just going to ignore it and drop your parcel where they want instead.
