I am always very satisfied with Puckator. Our customers love the products, and there's always something new coming along. I would say that the last couple of times at checkout It couldn't make a 'secure connection' to sage pay to pay by debit card so I've had to ring them. But I'm unsure who's problem it is...could well be our computer!!! The staff on the phone were extremely helpful and very pleasant in sorting it. If anything lets them down it's their carrier...I personally have had several problems with them....including having to drive to Exeter depot to make sure I had my stock for a forthcoming event because DPD didn't turn up when they said they were going to! This aside, I on the whole, am a very satisfied customer!
