This used to be a great company. Went to order Christmas wine this year and after 9 days of no dispatch, no answered emails or calls, no response on social media, found these reviews. Disappointing they've left their website up and are letting people send them orders they're not going to fulfil. It's super easy to take it offline and treat your customers with respect, but no. If this happened to you, call your bank and request a chargeback to get the cash back.
