Just to add to my review below.
I requested the charge back from my bank. DHL have confirmed they did not receive anything from Pull The Cork. However my bank have notified me that Pull The Cork are CHALLENGING the charge back.
These guys are actively and deliberately scamming people. Bunch of cowboys.
