I ordered some pens in the wrong nibs and contacted the store who agreed to exchange the nibs. Hence I returned the items to the address provided by the store and self-paid the return postage, however since then the parcel has been left uncollected at the post office and multiple emails have not been replied to. They are also uncontactable on their phone number and Facebook page. Now my money + return postage are gone and I'm left with no pens! Horrible customer service and cheats! Stay away!
