The staff member at the Saxilby store early this week was friendly and helpful, unfortunately when I returned home with my purchase I found it to be not as advertised. The diameter specified on the product's box says 1.8 inches (4.572cm), and I expected the circumference to be about 5.65 inches (1.8 x pi) (14.22cm), but the actual circumference is significantly less. Unfortunately I could not determine this lesser circumference until I had opened the packaging, and as I found out to my disappointment the in-store returns policy exempts this product from returns. I have wasted £30 on a product I have no use for and that I cannot return. I believe more accurate descriptions are needed on these types of products, and that customers should not be disenfranchised because they shop in-store instead of online. I probably won't shop with Pulse and Cocktails again.
