Missing item, wrong address, terrible packing and customer service!
If I could give zero star, I would! Ordered 5 items in one order and only received 4 but I was still charged for 5 items. When I returned the order, FedEx people told me that the original packing was a total mess and would fall apart if I didn't change the box, so I had to spend money to buy a new box at the FedEx office so they could process the return. Then I called Puma customer service to place a new order, but they messed up with the shipping address, my unit number was missing, however they couldn't do anything to it because they said the label had been created. Then I called FedEx and was told that only shipper was authorized to change the address. Called Puma again, the call got cut off when I was speaking with a representative and I never received a call back. Called Puma one more time, they told me their system was done so they couldn't do anything. Puma is just a scammer company! Will never buy anything from them again!
