Ein Paar war mangelhaft verarbeitet und ein Paar kam in der falschen Farbe an.
Das Retourenportal hat nicht funktioniert, sodass ich die Schuhe nicht retournieren konnte.
Ich habe mindestens 10 Tickets über den Chat eröffnet und an jede Mail Adresse eine E-Mail geschrieben. Leider ohne Erfolg!
Nun bin ich auf den billigen Plastikschuhen und dem Geld sitzen geblieben….
Kann ich niemandem empfehlen! Kauft euch vernünftige Schuhe, bei einem seriösen Anbieter!
