I ordered an item by accident and emailed to cancel the order in less that one minute. 3 days later, they intentionally shipped the order anyway and have so far given me a 30 day run around suggesting if I take it to the post office, no postage will be required. As they do not seem to want the product back, I requested a refund as the product was cancelled well before they shipped it. They are evasive and eventually just stop responding to you. Do not buy from this company, they are unethical and will take your money by any means.
