I went to Punt Roma in La Cañada , Marbella, today and wanted to try on a blouse. A man was in the changing rooms sitting on a stool with his phone. He appeared to be waiting for a woman who was trying on something. I approached a member of staff and explained that I was uncomfortable that there was a man in the changing room, especially as the curtains don’t close properly. She looked at the man and said that she could not say anything to him and that I would just have to wait until he came out. I was very unhappy with this response and left the shop without buying anything.
