I ordered an item and saw that it was immediately charged to my AMEX. I sent an email a week later to to check the status of the order and did not receive a response, so I called 2 days later. The person I spoke with said the order would ship sometime next week. I won't even complain here about shipping times as the worst part of my interaction with this company was the extreme rudeness by the person who answered the phone. I have never ever - ever had a company representative speak to me this way. She was sarcastic, mean and rude. She said she would cancel the order as she knew I would be trouble to deal with (paraphrasing). Thank goodness I got my money back quickly and I am glad to be done with this company. There are just too many customer-centric businesses out there ... no need to deal with ones that employ such hateful people.
