This was the year to update my sweaters. I bought cashmere sweaters from four different companies, and while I actually like them all, PuraCashmere was the best for quality and style and the best price by far. I bought two lightweight sweaters and one medium weight. They have the VERY BEST customer service of any company I’ve ever bought from. The size I originally ordered fit but I like my sweaters a bit roomier. The return process was fairly straightforward but once I completed it I realized that I didn’t want a refund, I wanted an exchange. This was my mistake. I sent an email and got an immediate respouse that my return would be marked for exchange and it was. No fuss, no bother. As for improvements, I think an explanation of what 2 ply, 4 ply etc means would help since not everyone can be expected to know and it effects the type of sweaters.
