We received an excellent service from Pure Cremation from the time I notified them of my dad's death. They kept me informed of the collection of dad's body from the coroner, the date of his committal, and the date my dad's ashes would be returned to me. The staff were very helpful, understanding and sympathetic. Dad's ashes were returned by hand and the gentleman brought him into the house and placed him on a small table where I had prepared a small memorial to him. Dad's ashes are in a biodegradable container with a nature scene on the outside, fitting as he loved gardening.
