Would recommend Pure Cremation to anyone. From the first time we contacted them to look after our mum the service was second to none. Extremely efficient service with sympathy and empathy. We were kept in touch regarding every single step of the journey. This is the first experience of a Cremation and no funeral! The only down side was the length of time it took. Was longer than a funeral, but when we got mums ashes back, the young lady was so professional and kind. She spoke about mum as if she was a personal friend, this meant a lot to us.
