18th March 2025 - 3rd April 2025 From the moment I contacted Pure Cremation regarding my 25yr old son's death, they were very kind, yet professional. I rang them over a concern I had, immediately they listened & reassured me. Brooke delivered my sons ashes to me (not an easy thing to do). She was so compassionate & showed real concern over support for me going ahead. I have absolutely no other option but to say the whole process was made so much easier to deal with because of Pure Cremation. From the initial call which was so difficult to make, to my sons ashes returned by Brooke, everyone was so caring. Thank you to everyone I dealt with & sorry I can't remember all your names.
