I placed an order on 9th November. Had an email straight away to say it would take 2-3 weeks. I have heard nothing else so last week sent an email asking when I should expect to receive my order. No reply, so sent a further email, still nothing. That's when I started to read reviews.... looks like I'm not alone! I can accept that there may have been high demand leading to delays, however communication is terrible. This is unacceptable!
