I've been a 'VIP' member for a while now, on the 4 bars a month subscription, which is a great saving and I have no plans to cancel, though you can pause or cancel your subscription easily at any point. Customer service is brilliant, I've only ever had a couple of problems with orders and after one email it's resolved quickly and they are very friendly. The chocolate itself is absolutely gorgeous. I have allergies so tried it thinking it'll be 'better than nothing' but it was way beyond my expectations, it's better than some 'normal' chocolate! My mum is diabetic so I gave her some to try and she's also hooked on it now, even my dad likes it and he usually hates my 'free from' food! My favourites are banana, coffee and salted caramel. Cannot speak highly enough about this wonderful company and their delish choc!
