The office was recently acquired by Pure Offices, ever since then I feel like the level of service, i.e. cleaning has been very poor and general commodities are slowly being taken away. General maintenance of the premises has dropped substantially since new ownership. I feel that too many changes are being made far too quickly without consulting tenants as your business is focused on keeping tenants happy, you should ensure the service which was agreed upon and expected is the one the tenants are still receiving. Original staff are still present and still a joy and pleasure to work with. Very bad experience so far from Pure Offices
