Although I have only made one purchase to date I thought that the whole experience was very good. Pure Spain had the product that I was looking for at a reasonable price. The ordering process was easy and secure and delivery time was excellent. I can't fault anything and would definitely recommend. One small caveat would be the number of newsletters that they churn out. Way too may to be honest & although I want to hear from them occasionally it really is overkill. I haven't unsubscribed yet but that can't be far off. Slow them down guys, we are all busy people with inboxes that are constantly receiving mail....it does get to the stage where something that is potentially interesting and useful can overnight become spam. I don't want to say that you spam your customers but it's starting to feel like that. BUT, service-wise in terms of actual orders, can't fault anything.
