Dr. Ben Thompson was recommended to me via our support group in Dallas, I believe Greg Schwarz recommended him and spoke highly of him to our group in September 2021.
My tinnitus started in 2012 however at times I go through extremely stressful situations with this ongoing anxiety & it adds to it at times along with sleep pattern issues.
With several weeks of very little sleep and anxiety hitting me hard I reached out to him for a consultation it was very successful. I decided to do the 7 day challenge immediately.

Trust me! Mindfulness was so successful I immediately got silence and eventually total sleep without the use of medication for sleep.
I’m NOT saying I don’t have some ringing spikes some days, which can be annoying but I’ve learned how to breathe again, how to react to stress, meditation daily will bring many benefits

recommend Dr. Ben’s counseling sessions I really believe this man is the the "Zen Master" for tinnitus & he’s so real & genuine an awesome human being!
