Please note, the very good star did not appear to work for me, maybe it will show at your end. I can only say fantastic. the joint pain I have been experiencing for several years now went away in 24 hours with only slight pain remaining. These are thumb joints on both hands, injured while catching footballs 60-odd years ago. To prove it was the D3 I stopped for several days and took my 2nd dose 2 hours ago and already the pain level appears to have been reduced even further. I should add that I have been in ketosis for 6 days and the D3 has done nothing to upset this.
