In January of 2024 I ordered a pair of Cornice BOA boots in the size I wear which is 10. They were too small and I wanted to exchange them for 11's. They did not have any 11's in stock and issued me a refund. I have contacted them as of today to find out when they were going to receive the 2024/2025 season stock? Their reply was January 2025 maybe later. Wow!!!! Not good customer service at all. Guess I will buy Klim boots so I have them for the beginning of the 24/25 riding season, not the end of the season!
