I started my juicing career in 1992. Of course, the juicer I started with was a Trillium Juiceman 2, pitched by Jay Kordich. Since then, I have gone through over a dozen juicers, including a Norwalk. About one year ago, I purchased a Pure juicer. I have waited to review it in order to give it a fair assessment. Quality… Top notch… I am a voracious juicer, sometimes juicing up to 5 gallons at a time. The Pure juicer is the best I have ever owned, making super high quality, silky smooth, delicious juice! Longevity… Top notch… I have had this juicer for almost a year, and it is running as strong as the day I bought it! My Norwalk has been mitigated to a storage bin in the garage. Ease of use… Top notch… 2 stage juicing will always be more labor intensive than other types of juicing. Personally, I am okay with that. I am purchasing expensive organic produce, and it is important to me to get every possible drop. It is also important that my Organic produce is not forced through plastic chutes and screens...BPA free or not! I am also not tearing the juicer down, several times a juicing session to clean it...because it is all gummed up with pulp. Customer service… Top notch... I had a problem with the cutting knife, and called Pure. I was transferred to the owner of Pure within minutes and sent a shipping label. Pure went above and beyond to make things right! Price… Top notch… The reason I have been through so many juicers...is I keep burning the motors out, or some cheap plastic part will break rendering the juicer useless. Some of these plastic juicers cost well over $500, and are dead within a year of intensive use, not to mention your juice is being processed through plastic! Backed by a 12 year transferable warranty, the cost of a Pure juicer is a great value. When you think of all the things you are willing to spend a chunk of money on, how many of them are an investment towards your present and future health? Satisfaction… Top notch… I love my Pure juicer! Why not buy your last juicer...first!
