I bought the Everyday Peony Root Moisturiser and in transit it was damaged and the contents had come out of the packaging. I took a photo and sent it straight away to Pure Peony and they replied immediately stating they would send a replacement one. Within 5 minutes it was on it's way. Cannot ask for better service. As for the moisturiser it is really good.
