The cream itself is fantastic and has helped my 90 year old mother's eczema so much. It is efficiently sent the same day as ordering and paying for it. Unfortunately the last tube of cream I ordered for her (80ml) has got lost in the courier system. I ordered it on 3rd April and it has still not arrived. Pure Peony has looked into it for me and been able to trace it to Napier, but nothing more unfortunately. I have contacted the courier company and they too were trying to trace it without success.
