I really haven't noticed a difference , but my wife would say otherwise. I've been using Puresleep for about 3 1/2 years and she hasn't slept better. I'm not a heavy snorer but loud enough to disturb her sleep. Now she says it only sounds like that I'm breathing heavy, no rumbles of any type. There was a short adjustment to using the device, didn't quite get the first ones fitted properly and had sore teeth at the very beginning. All is well now. She's sold on Puresleep so, happy wife, happy life.
