Completely stopped my snoring. Recently we were on vacation and I forgot to put the device in. My wife woke me and asked if I had forgotten it. I hadn't, put it in, and my wife said my snoring stopped instantaneously. Been using PureSleep now for probably 15 years and couldn't do without it.
