This product works very well. I had gone to a Nose & Throat Specialist before I saw an ad for Pure Sleep. They wanted to do surgery with no guarantee the snoring would stop. Pure Sleep is the second device I have tried. The first one was less expensive, uncomfortable and didn't work. Pure Sleep is easy to mold to your mouth, so therefore comfortable after you get used to it. Works most of the time.
